Mark Lindblad manages a panel study evaluation of an affordable secondary mortgage market initiative. The longitudinal study examines the financial and social impacts of homeownership among low-income borrowers and a comparison group of renters.
Lindblad's current research focuses on household decisions that relate to debt and bankruptcy. Methodological areas include latent variable analysis, the application of selection and imputation models, and survey non-response bias. Lindblad is broadly interested in community economic development and he brings extensive experience in data collection, research methods, and statistical programming and analysis.
