ChaoYue Tian's work at the center focuses on statistical research. His current projects involve modeling loan performance within competing risk hazard model frameworks.
Tian's research interests focus on testing equilibrium conditions in residential real estate by addressing the total rate of returns for housing investment at both the macro and micro level and in commercial real estate where he has studied the spatial distribution of office rents in the United States.
